Loan Servicing Specialist 1

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for a variety of loan servicing tasks with a strong focus on post-funding loan processing, including managing Jira tickets, resolving loan servicing issues, and ensuring timely completion of loan servicing requests. This role involves maintaining accurate loan files, processing claims (insurance, GAP, warranty, and debt protection), title processing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all necessary documentation and lien perfection steps are completed efficiently.

The Loan Servicing team plays a critical role in ensuring that both members and internal teams are supported professionally and promptly. Occasional local travel for titling needs may be required.
