Work location : Kirchberg in Tirol, Tyrol , Austria Employment type : Full-time Start date : immediately On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Kirchberg in Tirol, Austria, we are looking for a Breakfast Chef!

Responsibilities

Independently preparing a 4-star breakfast buffet for approximately 100–130 guests, working between 6:30 AM and 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM. Additional responsibilities include preparing salads, desserts, staff lunches, daily cakes, performing cleaning tasks, and managing orders. Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times The ideal candidate will: Relevant professional experience.

German language skills appropriate for the role. Ability to work independently. Experience in breakfast kitchen operations. Proficiency in preparing starters and desserts. Skill in plating and presenting dishes. Knowledge of hygiene regulations.
