Occupational Therapy Assistant – Barnet

Senovo is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant for a specialist school in Barnet. This is a practical, pupil-centred opportunity supporting children to build independence, regulation and functional skills throughout the school day. The role

• Deliver agreed occupational therapy activities under professional supervision.
• Support sensory regulation, fine-motor development and everyday independence.
• Prepare resources, maintain equipment and record relevant observations.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers and classroom support staff.

About you

• Experience in therapy support, SEN education, care or child development is welcomed.
• You are organised, encouraging and comfortable supporting individual programmes.
• You understand professional boundaries, confidentiality and safeguarding.
