Demonstrate a professional appearance with a friendly, courteous, and warm service attitude when interacting with guests. Provide basic and informational guest services, efficiently resolving simple inquiries to reduce waiting time and enhance overall guest satisfaction and brand recall. Remain calm and well-organized during peak traffic periods while delivering accurate and timely hotel information.

Clearly direct guests to their intended destinations within the property, providing precise locations and the most efficient routes. Offer informational assistance to participants during large-scale hotel events or business conferences. Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service relevant experience in a five‑star hotel or casino.

Good grooming and presentable Excellent command of Cantonese and Mandarin, average in English
