Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the community association onsite. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure community standards are upheld. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and association records. Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.

Organize and attend board meetings, providing updates and recommendations. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of community activities, correspondence, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an onsite community association manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of community association management principles and best practices.
