Portfolio Community Association Manager

Portfolio Community Association Manager Location: Sarasota, FL 34243 Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee multiple community associations in the Sarasota, FL and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse portfolios effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple community associations within the assigned portfolio. Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, residents, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide detailed reports. Oversee financial management including budgeting, assessments, and expense tracking.

Ensure compliance with governing documents, local laws, and regulations. Address resident concerns and facilitate conflict resolution. Manage vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Implement community policies and procedures to maintain property values and resident satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all managed associations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Portfolio Community Association Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of community association management principles and best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management.

Proficient with community management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Florida community association laws and regulations is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
