Coaches and develops the Butler team to deliver discreet, intuitive, and anticipatory service, while supporting training initiatives and continuous performance improvement.

Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset. At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.
