In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting user access, implementing robust backup and recovery strategies, and maintaining seamless network operations.

With a focus on system reliability and security, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, scalable, and secure IT services. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience in system administration, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning. Administer user access and permissions across systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and least-privilege principles. Implement and monitor backup and recovery solutions using Acronis Backup and other tools to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Provide technical support for TSplus remote access solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. Monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Support network infrastructure by troubleshooting connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, firewall configuration, and audit compliance. Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge base accuracy. Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to critical incidents and service outages.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and system support. Proficiency in user access management, identity management, and Active Directory administration. Demonstrated experience with backup and recovery solutions, specifically Acronis Backup and similar platforms. Solid understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques for performance and availability tracking.

Experience with remote desktop solutions such as TSplus, including session management and security configuration. Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies. Familiarity with IT security principles, including patch management, access controls, and threat mitigation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator or CompTIA A+/Network+ are a plus.
