Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Business Intelligence team. Drive forecasting excellence and strengthen commercial planning rigor. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Deliver market insights and performance analytics to support product launches and long-term growth. Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and global stakeholders to influence business decisions.

Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential. Strong background in Business Intelligence, Market Research, Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, or Data Analytics. Experience from both pharma and consulting is highly valued, although candidates with strong experience in either environment are encouraged to apply.

Proven people management and coaching experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strategic mindset with the ability to transform data into compelling business stories and actionable recommendations.
