Job description
We are looking for an entry-level 3D Artist / Jewelry CAD Designer who is eager to learn jewelry as an art form. You will assist in creating 3D jewelry models from sketches, references, or design briefs, supporting both custom and storytelling pieces. This is a hybrid, outputs-based role, ideal for a technically curious, teachable, and detail-oriented creative who wants to grow long-term in fine jewelry design.
Key Responsibilities
Create basic to intermediate 3D jewelry models based on sketches, references, or design briefs Refine designs for proportion, wearability, and manufacturability Prepare clean 3D files and production guides for prototyping, casting, or finishing Make revisions efficiently based on feedback from senior designers Actively learn jewelry construction, materials, and design logic Study existing jewelry designs to understand storytelling, symbolism, and structure Collaborate with designers, production, and creative direction teams Participate in weekly design reviews and creative discussions Maintain organized files, naming systems, and version control Track tasks and deadlines independently in a hybrid setup Requirements Technical & Creative Skills Basic knowledge of 3D software (CAD, ZBrush, Keyshot, or similar) Fundamental understanding of 3D modeling principles (forms, scale, topology) Strong willingness to learn jewelry-specific design and production Personal Attributes Teachable, coachable, and growth-oriented Fast learner, adaptable, and resilient Detail-oriented and organized Genuinely interested in jewelry as craft, art, and storytelling Looking for a long-term role (not freelance or short-term) Work Style Thrives in a hybrid, outputs-based creative environment Able to manage time and deliver consistently without micromanagement Nice to Have (Optional) Background in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related fields Experience in jewelry, sculpture, or product design Basic rendering knowledge Portfolio showing 3D forms (not necessarily jewelry yet)
