C-Store Team Member Boji

Boji Junction Cashier/Kitchen Milford, IA HOURS: Part Time Evenings/Night Shift Every other weekend and one day off during the week. REGULAR DUTIES INVOLVE: Greeting and helping customers with a positive attitude Creating and maintaining a positive and fun store environment Operating the cash register Assisting the manager with inventory duties Stocking and maintaining store shelves Preparing deli items Maintaining cleanliness in all parts of the store Developing strong relationships with frequent customers Keeping a watchful eye of store activity to ensure security Closing the store BENEFITS: We offer competitive pay and benefits such as life, health and supplemental insurance, dental, vision, Life insurance, short term disability, 401K, pension plan, PTO, bonus incentives, employee referral bonus and so much more.

Pay: $12 - $13 per hour

Requirements

Provide friendly, professional customer service to help customers find what they need.; Greet customers, answer questions, and respond to requests in a positive, helpful manner.; Operate the cash register and accurately process payments.; Restock shelves and keep products rotated and properly stocked.; Assist with stocking and maintaining fresh food items as applicable to the store.; Maintain a clean, organized work area including aisles, counters, and food service areas.; Follow all food safety and handling guidelines for prepared items and beverages.; Support basic inventory tasks and report low stock or issues to the manager.; Adhere to Cooperative Energy and store policies, including safety and compliance procedures.; Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be willing to help wherever needed.
