Director, Project Management

The Director of Project Management provides director-level leadership for FCS project management operations and portfolio governance. This role sets project management standards, directs the work of project management staff, oversees agency-level project execution, and ensures projects are aligned with organizational priorities, quality expectations, and available capacity.

The Director has authority to guide project intake, prioritization, resource planning, risk escalation, reporting practices, and adoption of agency project management tools and processes. This position owns the PMO operating model and governance expectations while holding project teams accountable for consistent execution, timely communication, and completion of approved deliverables.
