Business Analyst (Asset Management Domain)

The candidate will work with Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to gather requirements and support investment management initiatives. Mandatory Skills Strong Asset Management / Investment Management domain experience Creation of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Flows Portfolio & Investment Management Fund Accounting and NAV Trade Lifecycle Management Performance Measurement & Attribution Risk Management Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Client Reporting Understanding of Front Office, Middle Office & Back Office workflows Experience with investment products: Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Derivatives, Alternative Investments Requirements Gathering & Documentation BPMN / Visio process mapping Gap Analysis & User Story Creation Stakeholder Management UAT Planning & Execution SQL & Data Analysis Advanced Excel Jira / Confluence Visio / Lucidchart Power BI or Tableau API & System Integration understanding Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Perform process mapping and gap analysis. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams. Support Agile/Waterfall delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.

Develop test scenarios and maintain requirement traceability. Analyze data and support reconciliation/data validation activities. Prepare reports and dashboards using BI tools. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
