Apprentice

As an Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in the BFSI industry. You will work closely with our experts, learning the ins and outs of our outbound operations. This is a unique chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our business. Assist in outbound call campaigns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Learn and understand our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. Develop effective communication skills through regular interactions with customers. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Assist in basic administrative tasks as required. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills. A strong desire to learn and grow within the BFSI industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Any prior experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
