Manager, Contracts or Senior Contract Analyst

・You will be responsible for managing costs and contract-related tasks throughout the entire lifecycle from initial contract signing to trial completion (including amendment contracts). ・Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing clinical trial-related contracts (including trial agreements, amendment contracts, ancillary agreements, etc.)

・Smooth communication and progress management with internal and external stakeholders (including trial sites and relevant internal departments* such as the Legal Department) ・Tracking progress and filing contract-related documents in the system ・Identifying risks related to trial milestones and contract execution schedules, and proposing countermeasures ・Collaborate with trial teams to forecast and adjust contract execution schedules ・Verify contract consistency and accuracy, making necessary revisions ・Handle cost-related tasks (preparing cost management documents, negotiating costs) ・Participate in various trainings and adhere to SOPs and operational processes
