Fire & Safety Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Fire and Safety Executive to ensure the safety of the premises, occupants, and assets by maintaining fire protection systems and implementing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, hose reels, and fire pumps.
• Monitor and maintain Fire Alarm (FA) and Public Address (PA) systems.
• Perform weekly and monthly testing of fire pumps and safety equipment.
• Conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety training programs.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and prepare incident and accident reports.
• Issue and monitor work permits (Hot work, Height work, Confined space, Excavation work).
• Maintain checklists, logs, and asset records for fire and safety equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing, refilling, and rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory fire and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations.

Requirements

Diploma/BE in Fire Safety.

• Knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment
• Understanding of risk assessment and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and leadership skills
