• You're a proven sales manager or desk manager with 2+ years of experience -- you desk deals accurately and develop consultants through coaching

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the sales floor daily -- desk deals, manage consultant performance, and hold the guest experience standard from first contact through delivery
• Coach and develop the sales consultant team through regular one-on-ones, CRM reviews, and clear performance expectations
• Structure deals with accuracy and integrity, presenting options that serve the guest while protecting store gross
• Track and hold the team accountable to key metrics -- closing ratio, units, gross per vehicle, lead response time, and CRM compliance
• Partner with finance on clean deal handoffs and a smooth purchase process
• Manage floor coverage, scheduling, and staffing
• Recruit, interview, and onboard sales consultants with the General Manager
• Handle guest escalations with composure and a solution-first approach WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of Sales Manager or desk manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required
• Audi, Volkswagen, or luxury brand sales management experience a meaningful advantage
• Confident at the desk -- you structure deals quickly and accurately without losing the guest relationship
• Coaching-first leadership -- you develop your consultants rather than managing around them
• Strong CRM discipline -- you hold the team to consistent follow-up and model it yourself
• DMS experience preferred -- CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer. Socket, Tekion, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record WHAT WE OFFER
