Revenue Analyst Level I

Position Summary
The Revenue Analyst I is an entry-level analytical role responsible for supporting revenue operations through data analysis, reporting, revenue reconciliation, trend identification, and issue resolution. This position assists in monitoring revenue performance, researching discrepancies, and providing operational support to ensure accurate financial outcomes and compliance with organizational standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Research and resolve moderate to highly complex billing, claim processing, and reimbursement issues Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information needed to resolve revenue-related issues Analyze recurring issues and identify patterns impacting revenue and/or operational excellence Support implementation of process improvements designed to increase efficiency and accuracy Interpret and analyze data with a high level of accuracy and efficiently document findings Ensure confidentiality of all patient accounts by following HIPAA guidelines Ensure adherence to departmental policies and consistently meets level I key performance indicators for all assigned tasks Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma and 2 years’ professional experience required College degree and medical billing experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to interpret and analyze data with a high level of accuracy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Basic understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures Proficiency with MS Office Products Page Break W orking Conditions & Physical Requirements This is a remote position with the expectation that employees will comply with the PBIRS Return-to-Office Policy, which requires in-office attendance once per month for those residing within 35 miles of the Conshohocken office.
Employees must maintain a suitable workspace that is free from excessive noise and distractions, as this role requires regular telephone interaction and professional communication. The work environment characteristics described are representative of a standard office setting. The noise level is typically moderate, and employees are expected to maintain a professional environment that supports productivity and customer service excellence.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the work day; move about inside the office to access files or office equipment; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls to operate a computer and other office productivity machines; reach with hands and arms; must communicate and converse with co-workers; and detect/discern information accurately.
