Position Overview
Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered) Location: Danbury, CT Schedule: 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care Call: Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks Start Date: Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end) Practice Details Practice Type: Outpatient Mental Health Team Composition: 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level Patient Volume: 150–200 patients/week across the group Population: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment) Credentialing Timeline: 6–8 weeks #MASC104 Requirements Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred) Open to new graduates No visa sponsorship at this time No foreign language requirement Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater) Bonus: Productivity-based Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance CME allowance 401(k) with 3.
