Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain robust financial processes and controls. Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

Monitor cash flow and liquidity, implementing strategies to optimize financial resources. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage financial audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Professional certifications (e.
