Tenant Relocation Specialist

Position : Tenant Relocation Specialist Temporary position supporting all phases of tenant relocation under the supervision of corporate relocation personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective Section 8 landlords. Provide housing opportunity counseling. Prepare and maintain tenant files. Serve as liaison between tenants and corporate staff.

Qualifications

/ Experience Management/administrative experience. Data entry, business writing, and public speaking skills. Background check. Management and leasing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Community outreach experience preferred. U.S. work authorization required.
