About the Role

The role is designed to ensure full compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Sport, Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), and Saudi Pro League (SPL), while supporting the club’s transition toward sustainable and professional operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with regulations issued by the MOS, SAFF, and SPL, including financial and governance frameworks.
• Lead the implementation of corporate governance standards and internal control systems within the club.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations, including budget controls, spending limits, and financial sustainability requirements.
• Oversee the club’s adherence to licensing requirements and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance policies.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and respond to official inquiries and inspections.
• Support executive management in embedding a culture of compliance and accountability across all departments
• Identify regulatory risks and propose mitigation strategies aligned with best practices.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets in coordination with the team, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and financial sustainability controls.
