We are looking for an experienced field leader who can safely execute projects, hold crews accountable, drive production, protect company equipment, and maintain organized and efficient jobsites. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who takes pride in planning, safety, accountability, communication, and developing high-performing field crews. HTM Contractors continues to expand its demolition, excavation, and infrastructure operations, offering long-term opportunities for experienced leaders who want to grow with our organization. WORK SCHEDULE Full-time, field-based, according to project schedules and operational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee demolition, excavation, grading, site utilities, and infrastructure operations. Direct field crews and maintain employee accountability for safety, productivity, and quality. Coordinate equipment, manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite resources. Develop and execute production schedules and two-week look-ahead plans.

Monitor daily production and ensure project activities meet established targets. Enforce company safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain safe working conditions. Coordinate field activities to prevent utility damage, unnecessary downtime, and avoidable rework. Review and verify daily field reports and maintain accurate communication with project teams.

Maintain organized, safe, and inspection-ready jobsites. Communicate project status, delays, safety concerns, and operational issues to Project Managers and leadership. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors. Monitor equipment utilization and ensure company assets are properly maintained and protected.

Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Strong experience in demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure construction. Proven construction field leadership and crew management abilities. Ability to lead employees, establish expectations, and hold crews accountable. Strong understanding of field production, project sequencing, and scheduling.

Experience coordinating equipment, manpower, and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of workplace safety and jobsite risk prevention. Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Professional communication with Project Managers, Construction Managers, crews, inspectors, and vendors. Ability to maintain safe, productive, and organized jobsites.

Dependable, disciplined, and solution-driven approach to field leadership.
