Overnight Team Lead II - CrisisCare Center

Competitive salary $87K+ plus $7K annual program premium, stacking differentials! The Team Leader (Crisis) provides immediate therapeutic support to individuals in crisis, assesses risk and safety concerns, implements clinical interventions, and coordinates appropriate levels of care to promote stabilization and recovery.

The team leader will assist in keeping the flow of services at Crisis. Care Center moving. Crisis services will be provided on either an Urgent Recovery Center (URC) or Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) setting. Also, provide clinical guidance, and leadership to the CCC clinical team.
