What You'll Do

Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment turns, punch work, and make-readies Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing and electrical repairs Assist with pool maintenance Keep the maintenance shop organized and well-stocked Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of the on-call rotation What We're Looking For 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred HVAC experience preferred HVAC certification preferred CPO certification preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a strong team-player mindset Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required Weekend availability and shared on-call availability are required Why Join Pedcor?
