Director, Emerging Technology

Finance of America is seeking a Director, Emerging Technology to drive enterprise innovation and adoption of AI, machine learning, and data science solutions. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, this role leads emerging technology programs from exploration and pilot through implementation, focusing on measurable business value, cost optimization, and responsible innovation.

Responsibilities include

managing teams and budgets, evaluating technologies and vendors, developing AI/ML capabilities, and partnering with Legal, Risk, and Technology to ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of technology, AI, or risk experience, senior leadership expertise, and a proven ability to build and scale innovative programs.
