1. Gold loan valuation and Accuracy in valuation of Gold
2. Net Gold Loan Portfolio addition for the branch
3. DPD cases resolution & NPA Gold auction
4. Recovery of spurious/below 18 carat cases
5. External valuer empanelment
6. Maker of transactions (Cash, Gold loan, RTGS, NEFT, FT etc.)
7. CASA & A/C Maintenance NFTR %, discrepancy resolution TAT, Deliverables maintenance
8. Back up to the Money Officer
9. Assisting BOSM in Lobby management
10. IAD & Gold loan rating score
11. Process & product knowledge, Process adherence
12. UV verification compliance
13. Timely reporting of branch issues to concerned verticals and follow up as per escalation matrix
14. Helping BOSM in Business/ Marketing activities
15. Business leads generation and closure
16. Timely submission of Gold loan related documents to CPC post audit
