O9 Support Engineer

Skill Category: Data Engineering Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 1–3 Years (Candidates with 6+ months O9 exposure may also be considered) Budget: Up to INR 10 LPA Employment Type: Full‑Time Key Responsibilities: Act as an O9 Support Engineer, handling BAU support for Sony with production system access. Investigate and resolve user queries/issues via assigned support tickets.

Collaborate with O9 platform support team for production fixes and release management. Provide timely updates to users and document resolutions in ITSM tools. Conduct requirement analysis, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Participate in UAT, user training, and business process documentation.

Work in Japan shift (6:30 am – 3:30 pm IST) or India shift (9 am – 6 pm IST); occasional on‑call support.
