Job Title: HVAC Install Helper Work Location: Omaha, NE and surrounding area Work Arrangement: On-Site and field-based Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands.

This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. To meet shifting operational deadlines, occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required. Travel: Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region.

Compensation

$18.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience.

What You'll Do

Assist in duct fabrication & installation. Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols. Help track materials and labor for each project. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What You Bring: Experience: HVAC experience preferred. Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn more.

Licensing: valid drivers license and insurable driving record. Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement. Compliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.

The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty. Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $18.00-$23.00 per hour. Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.
