Laser Operator Helper (Production – Fort Smith, AR) Direct Staffing is seeking a dependable Laser Operator Helper for a production facility in Fort Smith. This position will assist the laser operator with daily tasks and support overall production. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Pay: DOE SCHEDULE – MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIS SHIFT: Thursday – Sunday 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts) Job Duties: Assist laser operator with daily production tasks Load and unload materials onto machines Move and stage materials as needed Perform general labor and production support Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Must be able to work the schedule listed above – no exceptions Must be reliable with strong attendance Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable with physical labor Ability to follow directions and stay on task Must have reliable transportation Must pass background check and drug screen Stable, verifiable work history required This is a temporary position, but for the right person, it can turn into a full-time opportunity.
