Job description
• Maintain strict oversight of contractor activities to ensure compliance with the project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor the overall progress of the project against the planned timeline and deliverables.
- Coordinate between internal departments/teams and external stakeholders.
- Review and manage contractor deliverables, ensuring compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and approve variations, change orders, and claims submitted by contractors.
- Review and approve technical designs, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet client standards.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and consultants, clarifying client requirements Requirements
- Mandatory experience in a similar position: 12 Years minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) & Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications is preferred. Additional training in pipeline construction, safety regulations, and risk management is advantageous.
