Heli Ski Operations Manager

Eleven Revelstoke Lodge seeks an Operations Manager to lead our heli-ski program in British Columbia. This role requires a highly organized self-motivated person with exceptional leadership and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of ski industry experience including 5 or more years in a leadership role.

Ski guiding certification is an advantage, but not a requirement. The position requires Revelstoke residency from mid-October through mid-April, with remote work possible for the remainder of the year. This is a full-time year round position earning an annual salary in the range of $80,000 - 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
