Maintenance Handyman

The Novotel Wolverhampton is a modern 132 room hotel in the city centre, just a short walk from Wolverhampton train centre and excellent road links via the M6 and M54. With 8 meeting and function rooms catering for 150. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for 20/30 hours per week, including some weekends as required to the needs of the Hotel.

Daily bedroom & bathroom maintenance, including painting and decorating General daily maintenance tasks in public areas Visual H&S checks to ensure compliance Preventive maintenance programme to ensure product is maintained to high standard throughout, Basic plumbing and carpentry skills Ideally Level 1or 2 Health and Safety.
