Apartment Maintenance Technician Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to help our residents and team succeed. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner Performing apartment turns, punch work, and make-readies Maintaining the appearance and safety of the community grounds Handling general plumbing, electrical, and maintenance repairs Assisting with pool maintenance Keeping the maintenance shop organized and well-stocked Responding to emergency maintenance calls as part of a shared on-call rotation Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required HVAC experience preferred HVAC Certification is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Shared on-call participation required Weekend availability required Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, skills, education, and certifications Sign-on bonus available Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development At Pedcor Homes Corporation, we take pride in the communities we serve, the quality of our work, and the people who make it all possible.
