The Guest Care Lead supports daily Guest Care (Service Desk) operations by delivering exceptional guest experience while assisting owners, internal teams, and ensuring adherence to Brett/Robinson standards. This role serves as a frontline leadership resource, providing guidance and support to Service Desk associates, helping maintain consistent policies, procedures, and operational efficiency. The Guest Care Lead acts as cross-coverage for the Guest Care Manager when needed, assisting with management responsibilities, supporting smooth daily operations, and maintaining service quality and a positive team environment
