🌟 NOW HIRING: LEAD CARE PARTNER 🌟 Autumn House Bloomfield Hills 💙 Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 📅 Every Other Weekend + Holidays 📞 ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITY REQUIRED Are you a strong leader who loves working with seniors and supporting a great team? We want YOU! ⭐ LEAD CARE PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES: ✔️ Supervise and support direct-care staff ✔️ Ensure quality resident care and safety ✔️ Oversee rounds, care plans, and documentation ✔️ Keep Care Aide grids and schedules up to date ✔️ Assist with staff training and onboarding ✔️ Help resolve staffing and operational issues ✔️ Review communication logs and ensure staff follow through ✔️ Monitor medication and care documentation ✔️ Bring solutions and concerns to the leadership team ✔️ Act as Shift Supervisor when leadership is unavailable ✔️ Assist with emergencies and resident-care concerns ✔️ Share on-call responsibilities with the leadership team 💼 REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year management experience in healthcare
• CNA or MA preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain
• Must be 18+
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
