HOST / HOSTESS Location: Queen Miami Beach Position: Host / Hostess Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $28.00 Queen Miami Beach is seeking a personable and professional Host/Hostess to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and committed to delivering a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival. Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating arrangements. Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries. Coordinate guest flow with managers and service staff. Maintain an organized and welcoming entrance area. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties. Ensure menus, host stand, and guest areas remain clean and presentable.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure. Experience with reservation platforms such as OpenTable or SevenRooms preferred. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Frequent use of hands, arms, and repetitive movements associated with guest service activities. Environmental Conditions Fast-paced hospitality environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.

Use of computers, telephones, and standard hospitality equipment. Frequent interaction with guests, team members, and management.
