Lobby Attendant at the Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton

We are hiring a Lobby Attendant! As a Lobby Attendant, you play a key role in the guest experience by maintaining clean, inviting public spaces and responding promptly to guest needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, pool, fitness center, and public areas.

Perform routine cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Restock supplies and remove trash throughout guest and associate spaces.

Assist with laundry, housekeeping support, and room cleaning as needed.

Deliver guest amenities (towels, cribs, rollaways) promptly.

Respond to guest requests and report maintenance concerns.

Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards.

Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience
