Junior Electrical Engineer (Associate) Job Summary The Junior Electrical Engineer (Associate) supports the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems while working under the supervision of senior engineers. The role provides hands-on experience in project implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Support testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation. Participate in site inspections and monitor project progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.

Collaborate with project teams and participate in training and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
