Client Servicing Summary We are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing professional to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and its clientele. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will ensure seamless communication, manage ongoing account relationships, and drive business growth through strategic engagement.

The position is critical for maintaining high client satisfaction levels, resolving inquiries promptly, and identifying opportunities to expand service utilization within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support via email and other communication channels. Prepare comprehensive proposals, detailed reports, and presentation materials to effectively convey value propositions and project updates. Execute negotiation strategies to finalize agreements, renew contracts, and secure favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams and deepen client engagement. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor project progress, ensure deliverables meet expectations, and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client management or a related field. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and correspondence.

Display a proven track record in negotiation, relationship building, and strategic account management. Show aptitude for coordinating complex client interactions and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
