Sr Preventative Maintenance Technician - Apartment Maintenance

UDR is now hiring a Sr Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting several properties in the North Shore area.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:   Functions in a support role to the Preventative Maintenance Manager (PM) and District Service Manager (DSM). Responsible for completing all preventative maintenance inspections throughout the assigned portfolio. Position will diagnose problems and needed repairs in areas such as HVAC/cooling tower, boiler systems, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. Incumbent may be certified in one or all of the skilled trades in which they are responsible.  On-Call rotation may be required as needed.
