Residential Program Manager

Remote Status: On-Site Now Hiring: Residential Program Manager – IDD / Human Services Required Location: Washington County, MD Pay: Starting at $50,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation Position Type: Full-Time This Is Not a General Management Role This position requires direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and prior leadership experience in a human services setting.

What You’ll Do: Oversee operations of 4–6 residential homes Supervise, coach, and support a team of 30–40 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture Ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered care in the home and community Communicate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor documentation, compliance, and program performance Requirements: Required: Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred Required: 1+ year of direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Required: 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in an IDD or human services setting Preferred: Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing staff 21+ years old Valid U.
