HVAC Technician II

As the HVAC Technician II, you will maintain all of the HVAC equipment within the hospital under the supervision of the Facilities technical lead.# Duties include inspecting, testing and operating all HVAC equipment and systems and incorporating a preventive maintenance program, repairing and replacing systems, sub-systems, equipment and parts as needed as well as inspecting, adjusting and maintaining controls to provide a comfortable and safe environment.

EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE: Required: High School diploma/equivalent or Trade School diploma required.# MA Refrigeration Technicians license required, plumbing license preferred.# EPA certification is required as well as a minimum 6-10 year#s experience in heating and ventilation. Must have knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools and proven skills in heating and ventilation.

Preferred: Andover and Johnson controls experience preferred MA Plumbing License #
