Specialist Risk Management

Your Tasks: Implementation and further development of risk management as well as reporting and analysis processes for the Europe & Africa region (EAR) Coordination, analysis, and evaluation of Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) in close collaboration with international stakeholders and Global Risk Management Conducting Risk KRI reporting, monitoring risk metrics, identifying areas requiring action, and initiating appropriate measures Preparation of insightful analyses, reports, and management presentations for executive management, committees, and international decision-making bodies Design and optimization of modern reporting, monitoring, and analysis tools for data-driven management of risks and corporate objectives Central point of contact for risk-related inquiries and liaison with national and international functional areas, management bodies, and global risk management functions Your Profile: A bachelor's or master`s degree in economics, finance, or a comparable business-related field At least 5 years of professional experience in risk management, ideally in an international corporate environment with complex stakeholder structures In-depth knowledge of management reporting, the analysis of key performance indicators, and the preparation of decision-making documents Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including the visualization and presentation of complex data and processes Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work; experience in project management is a plus Business-level English proficiency and strong communication skills for collaborating with international departments and executives
