Qualifications

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Licensure: Must have an active State medical license. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases. Experience: Open to new graduates and candidates with prior experience. Technical Skills : Proficient in diagnosing and managing infectious diseases, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing antimicrobial therapy, and utilizing electronic health records.

Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a wide range of infectious diseases. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate antimicrobial therapies. Educate patients on disease prevention and treatment options. Collaborate with other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
