Lab Technician

Sisco Jobs is actively recruiting on behalf of a premier client for 2 skilled and passionate Lab Technicians for an established hospital in Trichy. In this role, you will play an essential part in patient care by performing routine and specialized laboratory investigations. Ideal candidates must have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in hospital laboratory settings, adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols.

Strong practical knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, and pathological testing is required, alongside excellent sample collection (phlebotomy) capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity requiring immediate or quick joining. " Requirements: Graduation or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / B.Sc MLT) is mandatory. 1 to 3 years of active experience as a Lab Technician in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory. Demonstrated expertise in Phlebotomy (blood drawing) and specimen processing. Familiarity with operating and maintaining lab analyzers and diagnostics.

Knowledge of laboratory quality control (QC) procedures and NABL compliance is a plus. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
