The Sales and Operations Business Analyst is a member of the Digital team who helps Sales and Operations execute approved business initiatives. This ONSITE role provides hands-on discovery, analysis, process documentation, requirements development, reporting, testing, and implementation support. Working alongside business leaders and subject-matter experts, the analyst turns identified needs into practical, supportable outcomes while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, security, and support standards.
