Manufacturing Supervisor

The Coils Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to oversee the production process coils and ensure that manufacturing operations are running efficiently and effectively.  Ensures production schedules are attained daily while meeting safety, cost, and quality objectives to support the achievement of the Company business goals and objectives.

Responsible for making recommendations and supporting continuous improvement, 5S and Lean manufacturing concepts, while actively encouraging associate involvement.
