Job description
At Nature’s Path, quality starts on the plant floor. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will work closely with production and sanitation teams to protect food safety, solve problems quickly, and help people make great products consistently. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll lead the Sussex quality team and keep our food safety and quality systems working in practice.
You’ll be proactive, responsive, and comfortable jumping in when an issue needs attention. You’ll also be curious and willing to learn as our products and processes evolve.
