About the Role
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a wide range of high-quality bread and bakery products in line with Bakers Delight standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and specialty products
- Follow recipes and Bakers Delight production processes
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
- Work efficiently in a team environment to meet daily production targets Requirements About You:
- Previous baking experience (preferred)
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Good time management and organisational skills
